03/14/2023, 1:10 PMHi all, wondering if once the below PR gets merged we could get a release cut for metaflow? I'm trying to deploy metaflow for our team of ~20 data scientists and this is one of the last sticking points. If it will take more than a few weeks I'll work on a workaround or install a custom branch, but ideally we would just pull from the latest version from conda forge

03/15/2023, 8:02 PMthe release is in-flight now - https://github.com/Netflix/metaflow/releases/tag/2.8.1. Another 40 or so mins and the package will be in pypi and another hour to hit conda-forge.
