Hi, I am still struggling with 500 code when trying to create a flow using

argo-workflows create

on our dev env. I am able to ping the metadata service URL. Can't find anything in the cloudwatch log. Is there any other way to fetch the ECS log?

Metaflow service error:
    Metadata request (<https://xasewafasf.execute-api.AWS>_REGION.amazonaws.com/api/ping) failed (code 500): {"message": "Internal server error"}
