Hello Question about the

METAFLOW_USER

configuration. It seems it is not configured through the functionality

metaflow_config.py

, but instead I have to set this as an environment variable. Is this intentional? Would be nice to be able to add my user to my config files and not have to ensure I need to set this environment variable too.

It was an oversight. We will ship a PR fixing this anomaly. I will follow up once it's out the door (hopefully next release)
