Hi I'm seeking clarification on the diagram at https://github.com/outerbounds/terraform-aws-metaflow • Does the UI backend service interacts with the artifact bucket • As a user, if i've set my local computer's metaflow config - "METAFLOW_DEFAULT_DATASTORE": "s3", does it interact directly with the artifact bucket if i perform a local metaflow flow run ?
