Also, another AW question -- for the exit hooks, at https://github.com/Netflix/metaflow/blob/master/metaflow/plugins/argo/argo_workflows.py#L2863-L2892, I'm noticing that the Slack notifier hooks often get stuck on "pending", for hours at a time. I also found a couple of GitHub issues that reproduce this. Have others experienced this problem?

I believe this is an issue with argo workflows. What version of AW are you on?
