Hello again! I see examples of mixing pypi and conda decorators in the chat history of this channel. However, when I try to do this, I get the following error:
```Ran into an error while setting up environment:
    Mixing and matching PyPI packages and Conda packages within a
    step is not yet supported. Use one of @pypi or @conda only.```
I would prefer conda but one of my packages is only available on pypi so I'm trying to mix the two. Putting both as step decorators doesn't help. Mixing `conda_base` on the flow with `pypi` on the step doesn't work either. Is this a feature that was removed recently?

I can't seem to use `pypi` alone either as one of my packages is not available as a binary and I get the error that `pypi` doesn't support source distributions.

Yep. There is a pypi package for it too.
