Hello! My name is Praagya Garg, a 2nd year IT undergrad, and I'm excited to apply for GSoC 2026 with Metaflow.

I'm interested in the CI/CD: Kubernetes Integration Testing with GitHub Actions project. It aligns well with my background . I've been working with Python, Git/GitHub, and Docker, and I've been building AI automation workflows and agents using platforms like n8n and relevanceAI, which has given me a solid understanding of how pipelines and orchestration systems work in practice.
I've also started an agency delivering AI solutions to clients, so I'm used to working on real-world, production-minded problems which is exactly what this project feels like.
I don't have open source contributions yet, but I'm eager to start and ready to put in the work. I've already read the contributor guide and I'm going through the Metaflow codebase and devstack docs this week.

Is there a good first issue you'd recommend I pick up to demonstrate my understanding? Or Are there any specific areas of the existing QA test suite I should focus on first?
Looking forward to contributing!
