Hi, I’m trying to spin up <github.com/outerbounds/...

Hi, I’m trying to spin up github.com/outerbounds/terraform-aws-metaflow but I’m getting two errors, one in the backend container in ECS and one in the service container. In the backend, I’m getting
psycopg2.errors.UndefinedTable: relation "public.flows_v3" does not exist
and in the service I’m getting
Failed to get env version
. These are using the latest version of the Netflix image netflixoss/metaflow_metadata_service. Are these errors familiar to anyone?
the migration step into a fresh db is obviously not working but I’m unclear on why or how to get it working
I”m using public subnets/IPs
only major modification I made is I’m not using the https listener on the UI load balancer b/c I didn’t want to mess with the cert; changed it to http/80 and added ingress on 80 to the SG

Not trying to be a smart-ass, but have you tried feeding the code/error to some agent? I did a long time ago and don't remember any such error.

I did, actually, and no worries, this is the world now lol….both human and agent knowledge can be more or less helpful, and almost any reply is better than silence 🙂 I think the issue is related to the RDS Postgres SSL and these similar issues. I’m using the latest Terraform code and Docker images, with Postgres 16, so I’m not sure why it’s still happening, but both of the error msgs I gave seem to boil down to the fact that the Metaflow svc can’t talk to PG because RDS/pg_hba.conf requires SSL. The Metaflow service code should handle this; MF_METADATA_DB_SSL_MODE is set to ‘require’ on my ECS task. 🤷‍♂️
